Eat your cereal
I know you have heard it a million times before, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A new study shows that girls who eat their breakfast usually remain thinner than their non breakfast eating counterparts. Kick starting your metabolism first thing in the morning is really one of the best things you can do for yourself and your health.

So what you’re saying is that I don’t have to worry about this for another 2 years when my metabolism is suppose to slow down? Hrm.. that means I only have 2 years to get used to having breakfast in the morning, or more importantly getting up in time for it! =)
