I haven’t got a scooter yet. I still plan on doing so, it just hasn’t been a priority. I was waiting for the 150cc Buddy to come out (which of course it has now). Maybe I’ll start my scooter pining again in the new year

my heart has been set on a pale yellow lambretti since 16. I have photos of it! I’m going to have magnets cut in the silouette of mrs. peel and mr. steed to ride the windplate.

did you get one, because I know this post is old..? (yes, I did come here to see if you are making photo project progress. I’m dying to see what you’re doing in there )

That would be hilarious to give the bride and groom a photo album of everyone’s pores… you could play the “whose complexion is this” game

Yeah it would be difficult to photograph a wedding at 70mm and up. Although you might be able to get some get shots of peoples pours.

I guess they liken it to the sleeping arrangements on a navy ship (and calling it a seaman bed just sounds bad). You know how people try to give nice names to things that aren’t that nice? Like how “garden” apartment really just means basement - but garden simply sounds nicer. And doesn’t a captain’s bed sound regal! It supposedly fits a full size mattress and it is located in the “2nd bedroom”.
